You will need an Instagram account to use this app. This item uses the Instagram API but is not endorsed or certified by Instagram. InstaPics is a paid app and will never have ads

Attributes:

Map view of photo’s from Instagram by country/region/city
View common photographs from Instagram in grid and map view
See User profile along with their media (grid and map view)
Search Instagram employing photo tag name or username
View likes and comments on users photo
View feeds from Instagram customers
View history of all the photo's you have liked
Snap photo's from your phone and apply filter effects (constantly sunny, improve, cinematic, code red, comic book, day dream, heatwave, indiglow, damaging, simplify, vintage, crop, rotate, flip, brightness, contrast, saturation, colors, redeye, whiten, blemish, sharpen, blur)
You can also do the following on a photograph
add stickers on prime of any photo (from offered collection)
draw/sketch anything on a photo
add text on a photo

Note:

You will not be capable to upload photo's to Instagram from this app as Instagram has not exposed this contact from their API.
