What's in this version:

• Minor alterations to pitch black theme to set the color of the bar separating actions from messages (use title bar colour setting)
• Pitch black title bar option
• Pitch black share by way of dialog theme
• Changed "Delete Conversation" in menu to "Delete All Conversations"
• Other Minor UI modifications/fixes
• A lot more bug fixes

Note: For those of you with FCs, delete messages from email addresses and carriers and this will almost often repair the difficulty.
